Home Buying Workshop

This workshop is available to tenants and first time homebuyers.

A workshop that focuses on budgeting, credit, lending, inspections, repair and maintenance, and the search for a home. Upon completion of the workshop, a Home Ownership Certificate is awarded to the potential home buyer and can be presented to a bank/financial institution at time of mortgage loan application.

To participate in the workshop you must first register on the PHFA Homeowner Connect Portal. The Homeowner Connect is a consumer portal where you can safely and securely upload documents and data to your Housing Counselor from the comfort of your own home computer or cell phone.
