WAVE is an approved Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) and an approved HUD Housing Counseling Agency that serves low to moderate income (LMI) families.
WAVE developed a long-term, holistic education program with wrap around supportive services that addresses Home Ownership, Eviction/Foreclosure and Homelessness Prevention, Financial Stability, Restoration of Hope, and Post Traumatic Stress.
