What can a participant expect?
Upon the completion of a Quest cycle, a participant can expect
to experientially know God, know themselves, and know others in
way and at a depth not previously possible. A Quest graduate will
be able to function holistically in all areas of life: personal,
church, and career (world environment). A Quest graduate should
find him or herself favored in arenas of life, due to the work
of God’s grace in them and flowing out of them, setting
them “above” peers as a result of God’s favor.
The responsibility of manifested favor is to serve others with
the grace received, not assume a posture of elitism or superiority.
Quest participants can expect:
• Q&A dialogue with a life mentor rather than lecture
hall format; an opportunity to learn how to learn rather than
be taught what to believe.
• Regular laying on of hands; spiritual impartation.
• Personal counseling, deliverance, and development/discipleship
in the faith.
• Regular personal prophetic ministry.
• A complete life profile: gift analysis, personality analysis,
career/ministry analysis.
• Intimate download sessions and laying on of hands from
guest ministers.
• Regular reading assignments.
• Regular life discipline assignments.
• Practical life exercises; “do it”.
• To be challenged by the Word and Spirit.
• To be cared for and encouraged by the Word and Spirit.
• To be corrected by the Word and Spirit.
